How's this for irony...? There's a very good reason why I haven't been blogging lately. It's, er, blogs. As crazy as that sounds, I'm currently working on a big project on blogging that's going to run across our radio and online output - and it's taking absolutely ages.

But it's all worth it. I've been out and about meeting lots of fascinating bloggers from Swindon and Wiltshire - and you'll be able to hear from all of them in due course. Plus I'll be looking at some of the wider issues surrounding blogging - like how it's changing journalism and politics.

Once I've finished all that, I should have a bit more time to spend with my own blog!
